• Technical understanding and interest in automated production systems
• Ideally, technical training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar
• Experience in production or working with automated systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and electronics is desirable
• Basic knowledge of robotics and control systems is a plus
• Quality-conscious and meticulous work ethic
• Willingness to learn the system’s controls and how it operates
• Willingness to undergo training in the required areas
• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule

• You perform maintenance and cleaning tasks according to specifications.
• You comply with work, quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
• You document malfunctions, scrap, and special incidents.
• You work closely with quality assurance and production management.
• You assist with the optimization and continuous improvement of the systems.
• You ensure that specified production volumes and quality standards are met.
